Cuong Nhu is a Vietnamese martial art which was founded by Grand Master Ngo Dong, and combines elements of
Shotokan Karate-do, Wing Chun Kung fu, Vovinam, Aikido, Judo, Boxing, and Tai Chi Chuan. Cuong Nhu students utilize both hard and soft techniques to maximize their effectiveness in the martial arts.

Because Shuhari Dojo is a student club at FAU, classes are open to FAU students and faculty, and there is no charge!
If you are interested in obtaining rank in Cuong Nhu, then you will be required to become a member of the Cuong Nhu Oriental Martials Arts Association; a non-profit organization
Annual Membership Cost = $35.00
General rank testing fees = $20.00/test
The only other cost would be the purchase of your gi (uniform is not required unless you are planning on obtaining rank). Other than these optional costs, there is no charge to work out with us!
